It is a data-gathering process designed to give you and your comfort advisor a clearer picture of how your home is performing as a living system.

The word “diagnostic” is intentional. Just as a physician may order tests before recommending treatment, we measure before we recommend. The goal is to understand the root cause of a comfort issue, not just respond to the most obvious symptom. A room that runs hot in summer might point to airflow imbalance, duct issues, insulation gaps, or humidity problems. Without measurement, it is difficult to know which factor matters most.
